This year we will have two Sip & Shop events:

Do I need a physical ticket for entry?

No physical ticket is required, your purchase puts you on our VIP list for entry to the event. We will check names and IDs at the door.

I can no longer attend, can I transfer my ticket?

Sip & Shop tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the Sip & Shop event, you can transfer your ticket to someone else.

Please contact hello@valleymademarket.com to notify us about any changes in the ticket holder name.

Can I swap my ticket from one Sip & Shop date to the other?

We cannot accommodate ticket swaps between Sip & Shop dates. We recommend gifting your current ticket to someone else, and purchasing another ticket for the date you can attend.

I purchased multiple tickets, do I need to do anything special?

You are welcome to email hello@valleymademarket.com with a list of party members attached to your tickets. If this information is not provided to us, tickets will be listed under the purchaser’s name.

Will there be non-alcoholic options?

Yes, we will provide a non-alcoholic beverage option.

Will there be food?

Light snacks will be available. There will also be food trucks selling food.

Is there free parking?

Free and ample parking is available at The Vinery.

Is the Sip & Shop all ages?

Yes, our holiday Sip & Shop events are open to all ages. IDs will be checked at the bar prior to serving drinks. There will be non-alcoholic beverages for those who are under age.

Can I bring my dog?

We love your pets, but given space constraints we need them to stay home or in the car.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a valid photo ID if you plan to drink alcohol. IDs will be checked at the bar. We also suggest dressing warm, The Vinery barn can get very chilly in the winter.
